Streamline Precast Modeling and Drafting
BIMpak is a state-of-the art tool that increases productivity in all phases of the precast BIM workflow – from modeling to drawing production. It functions as an add-on to Revit and appears as a ribbon with drop-down menus.
Starting with simple steps in the BIM process such as joining a corbel to a base element, to more complex ones, like warping of double-tees in multiple sections of an area at once and copying reinforcing from one panel to another, the BIM modeler will find what they need to ensure that precast modeling and detailing are streamlined as much as possible within Revit.
During the drawing production phase, the drafter not only has the ability create a piece ticket and auto-dimension it, but also to create cloned drawings of the same types of precast elements, saving a considerable amount of time and reducing errors.
